Rights of withdrawal and rendered
The product arrived, is not the right size or does it have factory defects?
Our return and withdrawal policy provides that if the customer is not 100% satisfied with any of the products ordered, we will be happy to replace it. The customer can exercise the return of the products within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the package.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- It applies to the product purchased in its integrity, it must not have been worn out of the house.
- The purchased good must be intact and returned to the original packaging, complete in all its parts;
- According to the law, shipping costs are borne by the customer. to be sent by mail or express courier, with tracking of the shipment.
The right of withdrawal decays totally, For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (packaging and its content), in cases where our shop, ascertains the lack or non -integrity of the original packaging (original box) and/or recognize that the shoes were worn at open.
In case of return for defective product or product other than the ordered one, it will be our care to send the courier for the retreat of the return without any aggravation of spending for the customer.
Instructions for return shipment
To make use of the right of return and/or withdrawal, follow these simple steps.
- Send email for request made to italia-trading@hotmail.it
- Download and fill in the return form (downloadable on this page)
- Packing the items in its original packaging, and put it in a protective box (counterattack) in order not to damage the original Scatla, and attach the return form internally.
- (mandatory to receive the compiled form under penalty of the non -suitability of the return)

We recommend using a traced shipment, because we do not take any responsibility for the return or late return.
Once the return has returned to the venue, the goods will be examined to evaluate any damage or tampering, and if our shop will be suitable, replace with a new shoe, pre -agreed with the customer.

Made products for factory defect
If a product received shows a factory defect, fill in the contact form using a reason for contact: I wish to make a return, attaching one or more photos, via email, italia-trading@hotmail.it that show the defect before sending us the goods .
The customer will be contacted by email and/or telephone in order to proceed with the return and if in the warehouse he is still availability of the requested product, our shop will make the change of the goods, agreeing with the customer the withdrawal of the same at his home,
and subsequently sending the product to replace.
